« La Tondeuse » s’en vient/coming soon!

mowerDentdelion a terminé l’enregistrement de son deuxième album, « La Tondeuse », mettant en valeur la formation actuelle (un premier fut enregistré par Claude et Dana en 1995) et nous sommes très, très excité et fier de notre travail! Le disque sera un début pour nos jeunes membres Béatrix et Colin et il y aura des surprises à découvrir… détails à venir en ligne, lancement officiel au début d’automne. Dentdelion et sur l’etiquette de disque Roues et Archets (http://rouessetarchets.com). Le projet a été réalisé avec le soutien du Conseil des arts du Canada.

Dentdelion has completed recording of a second album « La Tondeuse » (lawnmower) featuring the « new » band (the first album was released by Claude and Dana in 1995), and we’re very, very excited and proud of our work! With 100% original instrumental compositions and freshly reinvented trad songs, the CD will be a debut for our younger members Béatrix and Colin and there are quite a few surprises… more info to come online and an official launch in early Fall. Dentdelion is on the Roues et Archets label (http://rouesetarchets.com). The project was produced with support from the Canada Council for the Arts.

Tournée américaine / US tour

eurovanNous partons au début de juillet pour une première tournée américaine, et en route, un arrêt au beau festival Boréale de Sudbury, ON, suivi par un concert maison à Sault-Ste-Marie. Ensuite, nous allons au Michigan et Wisconsin . Et tout ça dans notre nouveau « bandwagon » VW. Détails se trouvent sur la page « calendrier » en ligne (http://claudemethe.com/calendrier).

We hit the road at the beginning of July for our first American tour, stopping on the way to play at the wonderful Festival Northern Lights Boréale in Sudbury, ON, followed by a house concert in Sault-Ste-Marie, ON. After that, it’s onward to stops in Michigan and Wisconsin. And all of it in our new (old) VW « bandwagon ». Details in the complete concert calendar online (http://claudemethe.com/calendrier).
